Yeah that's rubbish, really shouldn't happen. And a broken portrait to go along with it just adds to the disappointment.Seems Prime1 have sent out, at least, 2 DX instead of DX Bonus editions.
Check your boxes when it arrives.
Or mandibles facing inward, not outward where any impact will break them.Don't know why they would package it with the semi open unmasked portrait at the bottom which seems to be the one breaking for people, should have put gort mask there in it's place
It would be common sense to have the sturdier part of the headsculpt toward the outer edge of the foam tray, right? Or, why not have the small stands in its place, being one solid colour, easy to make more of and generally thicker than any of the sculptsOr mandibles facing inward, not outward where any impact will break them.
Do you think it's worth me seeing if my retailer could check the portraits before shipping? Is it normal for retailers to open and check once they've recieved orders or not?
What do you want to show us here?Look at the dreads on what was promised and what was delivered. I don't like Prime 1.

It's almost certainly due to the packaging. Heat up the dreads, then slip a piece of foam up between them to push the top layer out while they set.
Soft to a degree, sure. But heat makes them (and even thick polystone) pliable where you can set them in place better. So the dreads are soft and poseable?
