Maybe it's just me, but she doesn't look like she has the upper hand, or is even in a good defensive position, the way her body is contorted like that.
The one handed grip on the sword, especially delivered from that angle, also looks weak to me.

Two seconds after this frozen tableau is set in motion, I'd expect her tripped onto the ground, with those fangs sunk into a nice piece of her flesh.

To me she is about to jump away and thrust the sword back directly into the snake as it follows her while she is airborne. It's a little awkward, but I have more issue with the expression than the pose.

So I'm gradually getting my footage uploaded for Wonderfest. I LOVED this piece! It was my favourite piece at the whole show, narrowly beating the Predator. Here's my booth tour of the P1 booth and I managed to get some good footage of her. I went back to get some more footage later which I should have up soon as well.

Love the venom dripping from the snake fangs. Nice touch.
I do love a good snake base. The ARH Conan Sacrifice and Medusa statues look great.

"Hi what's your name?"
"It's Sisko".

'Out of her way' meaning she's deliberately settled on something other than "Rebecca".

What's the point of having a handle only have have someone else elect to go out of *their* way to disclose your real detail? Perhaps you are on a first name basis with her, but now she's on a first name basis with everyone present and future who reads the thread, whether she appreciates your decision or not.

Maybe your yardstick for conduct shouldn't be "until I'm corrected" but rather "do I have consent?"

Her identity, and personae and the relationship between them are her perogative to decide, not yours to infer on her behalf.

Being in a phone book isn't implied consent for solicitation.

I agree. When I said his concern was endearing I meant it, his heart was probably in the right place, but he just doesn't seem to listen to reason and the phone book analogy was... well, the less we talk about it, the better. I admit that got me annoyed.

Now, MrSteerpike, this will, in turn, be my last post about it. When I said "Not necessarily" and "unless she tells me otherwise", I was just sort of covering my ass because I'm not a Sith and don't deal in absolutes , as maybe for God knows what reason she now didn't want to be called by her real name anymore, but I'm 99% certain Sisko doesn't give a damn about that. For the reasons I already stated, and because you can actually run a search on the forum and see for yourself.

I'll just leave this example here. It's from the other forum, but that's just because it's easier to search for specific posts over there:

Rebecca went to the con and said Morrigan is one of the nicest pieces she has seen from any company. Plus she went up close to the bats just to show that they're incredibly detailed!
