This piece is absolutely stunning. I received it today. I posed cape like the one on previous page. He's massive! Prime 1 does it again. Their statues continue to be the favorites in my collection.

OK I decided to go directly to the source about sideshow not offering replacement parts for P1 statues . Because it actually does bother me because I have at least $10,000 invested in a prime one over the next year. This is directly from John Pham.

It's true they do not carry any replacement part. But if there is any issues you just need to send an email at [email protected] with some pictures of the problem. Our team will gladly help you out if there is a replacement part available.

Thanks for the info and checking into this man. I always hate to pester, but at least it's not a major part like the entire body that I need checked into. Always easier to send a body part replacement over an entire full sized box again. So I'll aim to do this tonight and see how it goes.

Well it seems to be clear that we cannot rely on sideshow for anything these days. And it was really bugging me reading the comments that they would not provide replacement parts so I decided to just go to the source. I'm glad I couldn't help anyone to be honest.

I'm getting mine next month due to things like unexpected bills... But I love the pics of this statue so much, I decided to cancel my Darkseid order and since I applied $150 in rewards points that I'm allowed to get back because they screwed up the initial Darkseid run, I'm refunneling those points into getting the Prime 1 Batman Bust.

Worthwhile purchase.

For this one, the extra head is a separate purchase. I believe all the others include the extra heads with the statue.

I wouldn't blame Sideshow for this one. If they don't get the parts, they can't do replacements. After reading your post about having to contact them directly, it simply seems like Prime 1 has all the parts, so they handle replacements...it's just something Sideshow should mention if people inquire is all. It actually wouldn't make sense for Prime 1 to ship out a whole bunch of extra parts just in case, so they go off of a basis of what's needed and send replacements that way.

I actually contacted Prime 1 about my headsculpt last night and they got back to me right away. They were incredibly polite and told me they looked over my pictures and would ship a replacement head to Sideshow and let them know to forward it to me. They said if I haven't heard from Sideshow by next week to contact them again and they'll touch base with Sideshow once more.

It was a great back and forth, and they're shipping out the replacement from their factory/studio/store. Not sure when it'll arrive, as it has to go to SS then to me in Canada, but there's no major rush. I'm just happy you found out how to contact them, and that they were so helpful.


On the PLUS side for everyone who has a statue on order, these things are phenomenal. I mean, they're painted beautifully, and there's pretty much nothing to nitpick. Basically, I don't think most will need to worry about replacement parts or anything like that. I think it's REALLY few and far between where there's an issue that requires an actual replacement, which is great. Always good to have that confident feeling when ordering a product. I have Harley on order and I'm not worried in the slightest. I'm ecstatic for her to arrive and for Catwoman to go up on order. These statues are cream of the crop!

I don't. The shipping would be much more expensive. From the few posts about customer service so far, Prime 1 appears to be top notch. With the reduced shipping, good customer service, excellent products, and SS reward points, I'm quite happy.

Another picture. I think I prefer the Batarang over the grapnel gun.

Right on. I was waiting to get the statue in first. Just ordered the busts with the June code.
