I got it from a local company producing display cases and units for museums, so the quality is on a par with museum quality standards. It is airtight, dust proof and has UV protection, also it's a mix of glass and fiber, all around. It adds a lot to the whole set up. It cost me around500 USD.. BUT worth every penny.

Thanks a lot man, i own quite many of elite Batman products, like Busts or high-end statues, but this one outshines everything else, hands down.
To me this is more like a work of art, compressed into a unique, big size statue. It doesn't entail that a massive collectible is Holy Grail, and we've seen many disappointments in the past,like some of SSC Iron Man pieces, but this one is a whole new ball game. Prime 1 loves the batman character and their various takes on 1/3 scales. has payed off into knowing how to make this big beast work. The pose is spot on Batman from the comic(Miller particularly), the overall presence is very intimidating, emanating dynamism as well as strength.

As soon as I saw pics of this thing last year I knew I'd have to get one. It should be here sometime next month and I can't wait. I've got three 1:2 Iron Man statues(the SS Mark III which is the only good 1:2 IM they ever made and the Mark 7 and Mark 17 Heartbreaker by Imaginarium Art which are absolutely amazing). This will be my first non-IM 1:2 piece, but hopefully there will be more Prime 1 statues in this scale I'll want to add to my collection in the future.

Phoenixblazes Congrats for a classy set up!!! Really nice man, try to use a door without middle section separating the upper and lower compartment. is this the Ikea Besta??
Also i am probably getting the Batarang too, i think it fits perfectly this statue!! Excellent choice amigo
I was thinking whether or not use internal lighting for my case but since Bats already comes with the 4 light bulbs decided not, besides prefer to keep Bats in darker environment!!

Looks amazing Phoenixblazes. I see what you mean about you worrying WW 1:2 won't fit in their her sword might be an issue.
I got my Batman 1:2 last week opened it on the weekend and was so disappointed with the build quality. I am not sure if the pics i posted a couple of pages back (page 72) worked but they are there. The bat symbol had a noticeable black small blob on the bottm of the emblem, no idea if he eye lids are suppose to have brown but it looks like he is wearing makeup. The base had scruff marks all over it. My Superman was flawless this Batman 190/1000 was a let down. I sent pics to popcultcha they are great they will check them out and deal with prime 1 and get back to me and let me know what will happen. Did you see the pics?

Same happened to me, Batman was a let down due to the QC issues mine had. Supes was awesome. I took SS credit for the issues and will just touch them up when I have time. Sucks cause the pics posted here are so awesome, and when I inspect mine I'm like WTF!
The pics here look amazing the one i received i can't display it. It's horrible. Looks like it is used and wasn't taken care of.

Yeah I saw your pics yesterday. Regarding the eye lids, mine and I believe all of them have the brown applied. Though truthfully I don't even notice it on mine because of how it's lit. The only time I really noticed it was when I used the flash on my camera.

Batman was P1's first take on the highly demanding and detailed 1/2 line, an apparently some "imperfections" is part of their learning process on how to handle the Museum Master-line. Unfortunately some issues have come up with this piece, there other cases of flawed final products with very obvious problems. Superman on the other hand turned out flawless, almost no complaint by fans...
But guys keep in mind that these statues are all hand made and are supposed to bear small distinctive features, they can't be all exactly the same. For instance, about the brownish effect around the eyes, Munited mentioned, is probably part of the piece, i am checking out on mine now, have a look on my statue. If you guys need any info about small details, please let me know to cross reference with mine, it arrived in great condition.
Finally i believe no statue, regardless of price is 100% perfect because they are all hand made, but yeah it's the lack of the draw, sometimes.. I suggest you send back the flawed statue and get money returned, this statue worth a fortune

The brown on my eye lids looks like eyelid makeup its so noticeable. The photo i took was with no flash just a straight up pic. Your one looks great with that touch of brown.

My supplier is talking to prime 1 ill let you know what the outcome is. Regardless i have to have this piece so hopefully i get a replacement. I am more than happy for my supplier to open it up and check it out and make sure the ones that comes to me is in acceptable condition so they dont pay shipping after shipping after shipping. I will inform them of that when they reach an outcome.

ALso be mindful of another area, the mouth plate on the mask in some statues, isn't well glued, especially under the nose and the edges. If you notice that issue report as well. I've read and seen some other pictures, so be aware
