Well, because the Indoraptor, Triceratops have similiar seams on tail and neck. The ones they showed on events.
Also easier to go for replacement parts that way.

I hope those were just prototype seams and not on the actual production pieces. That is a poor excuse to justify them, if they just QC and pack them well and almost no need for replacements.

I usually only buy pieces from the original Jurassic Park, but I have a love for Blue, I would love to get this. Probably a bit later in the year though!
