PS: Aussies I looked into getting megatron and for him plus tax and shipping it WAS going to cost at least $3000( for megatron) shipping isn't that cheap- plus there will be multiple boxes.....and then there's duty tax and combined tax so have fun with probably a $500 shotgun for those trigger fingers who got the exclusives

hmmm, I looked up the duties website and I they had an example of goods worth 2000 au would get taxed 325. so I thought 2300 u.s. would be bout 400 in duties?? popculcha is still cheaper at 2800 and more time to save up.
Like I said in one of my previous posts, if that's the case, then I'll just forfeit it and make a loss. No biggy.

yes but the shotgun exclusive was 2800 u.s not 2300, so shotgun would be heaps more, and its sold out!!!!!!

Australia has gst 10% duty/tax all in one if importing item over $1000 , im sure of it unless it changed recently. so that's all the tax/ duty we should get max will be $3000 shipped Australia.
I thought 400 in duties according to oz tax duties website calculations. and approx. 150 shipping. and i'll say it again, popculcha in Australia 2800 free shipping and only 100 deposit.

Did you say you were paying in full? In that case I think SS only bill you for one payment when it will be dispatched and that can be anything next year. Jan 2015 says its release date but we all know there's loads of BS delays and realistically this be sent probably this time April next year.
I've ordered a $400 statue and asked to pay in full from like 5 months ago. All I've paid is $40 and will pay the total when it is dispatched. Same probably for expensive statues as well. You have that flexibility to work on financing this. You have a lot of time. No point rushing cancelling your deposit, you got like a year lol.
Just went onto my pre-order and here's the exclusive price Subtotal: $2299.99 (I copied and pasted this from my pre-order confirmation). I'm not sure where you're getting the $2800.00 figure from but that's certainly not what I'm paying for.

well im just going by what was posted by a guy in the u.s a few pages back. he said 2800 for the exclusive. I'd be checking to see if you def have the exclusive or regular. can someone else on here back up the statement that the ex was 2800?????

Dude I think you are getting mixed up. The $2800 figure is from another supplier.
You are paying $2299.99 from sideshow direct. Sideshow will add a shipping fee to that. When it arrives at your country customs will add their fee then.

That is AUS Dollars, not US Dollars. It is free shipping to Australia so that is ALL YOU PAY.
SIDESHOW EX is $2300 for EX but you have to pay the extra shipping and TAX etc.

$2300 US = About $2550 AUS DOLLAR including credit card conversion fees.
