It is if it was standing up bro! I measured it, but who cares. But the next one is 1/4th. Jnd is 1/3 Plus the prime one has a huge base.

Put the queen studios next to the bane and the selina p1s and let me know.
The batman queen Studios too, is 7/8 cm smaller than the p1s, body to body not including base.

Whos to say P1 are in scale? I don't give a crap either way. Im not a stickler on it being directly in scale of the actor. Im not that hardcore. I rather the sculpt be great than anything.

Joking apart I know that the joker queen studios is superior but in overall I also like this p1s.

Prime 1 has better accessories and display options with everything he comes with and movable eyes. He's also the right option for 1/3 collections

Everyone's favourite is subjective though as they are all good in their own way

The queen studios is really really good, but its not in scale with my other p1s the Dark night 1/3 pieces.
The jnd is good but its not perfect too(only my opinion).
I like this p1s, the pose, the base and all the accessoris are amazing but it's true, this smile ruins it a lot.

If scale is near the top of your key list and also considering you want to display it with other 1/3 pieces, than go for either JND or Prime 1. Weigh up the pros and cons of those two and choose the one you think would better suit.

We all like what we like. I think the portrait is amazing along with the rest of the statue. In the end, all I can say is, to each their own. The best part is that there's plenty of Ledger Joker options out there. All we have to do is pick the one that's best for each of us. This one is easily the best for me. I can't wait to get it. Now I just need a 1/3 Batman and it looks like the P1 Fabok Bats will fill that bill.

Very true, everyone will get what they want. I really wanted to like this and get this. If they made another portrait of him, I probably would. Just because I like the character that much and I don't like comic movies at all. This was the only comic movie I ever saw and probably will ever see. But in the end, I think everyone will be stoked on what they get. I do hope this comes out great for all the P1 fans or ledger fans. I am very curious about this statue, always have been since it came out. But I have to see in hand pics. Not reviews from that Sean guy or flankster. I can't watch that dudes videos. My ocd will go crazy with all the clutter lol!

Actually this sculpt is pretty accurate. The closest we see it is when he’s doing his whole “aggressive expansion” speech. You can almost freeze frame it and looks like this portrait. Problem is the pose is not right for that obviously. It’s a very niche scene but really does like Ledger and Joker. I’m all in and getting the QS 1/3 and 1/4. Also have the P1 1/2.

Its just that damn smile like it just weirds out the face, anyways moving on. I'm very humble and help people as a veteran and now work as a social worker for Vets. I am very modest. But I do have all the heath statues, well almost. The old ss, bad one lol! The QS bust of heath fixed the hair, but need to dye the hair green as it came out. I have the 1/3rd rooted and the p1 1/2 too but had to repaint it, just didn't like the look. I have the QS 1/4 rooted po and JND. This is the only one I past on. Anyways, I rather help people than keep buying these damn statues. Way to many and I am out of room. Here are two of them. Everyone has their likes and dislikes. That's what makes us all unique, embrace it. Peace! Enjoy the pics. You like the two, cool. If not no worries, oh i got the lenticular 3d 4mm art print. Lets see some peoples jokers!!! At the price point of this piece, they easily could've included an additional portrait without him smiling. It only would have helped P1 sell more of these. That said, the guy I bought this from had 6 of the bonus statues to sell. He's all sold out and trying to get a few more. It'll be interesting to see what the edition size will end up being on this.

Thanks brotha, that is just the start or stepping stone lol! I have way to many and the time has come to throw in the towel. Not that I'm over collecting. Just to much and I do not like clutter. I've always been all about having a pose-able figure, but recently I got my first statue (Sideshow's The Child) and I gotta say now that I have one of my own (and after seeing my brother's statues) I'm seriously considering breaking into the statue side of things.

I have had all sorts of Ledger Joker's over the years and the best one I've ever had is far and away the Hot Toys 1/4. But even that, now that I've had it for a few years, I wouldn't say I'm overly attached too. I'm currently debating if I should sell off my Hot Toys 1/4 Joker and Vader to purchase a piece like this Prime 1XBlitxway Joker.....

As a bit of a novice when it comes to collecting statues, what should I know and where are the best places to order? Is it better to order straight from Prime 1 or from BBTS or Sideshow? I don't know what the shipping costs are like straight from Prime 1 for something like this.

Find a retailer here in the States if you live in the US. International shipping is absolutely brutal right now. It's just too damn expensive to order directly from P1. Even domestic shipping is higher than its ever been due to covid. However, you'll pay far less for shipping if this is shipped to you from a US retailer. Look around online for prices on this. Sideshow is a reliable place to order this but they're asking for $90 more than retail price. BBTS is also a good company to order from. Not sure what they're charging for it. Good luck finding a place to order from. I think this is a phenomenal statue. I can't wait to add this to my collection.

Yeah shipping has been really bad in general. I'm in Canada so I might be extra screwed in that department.

for me the only two real negatives about statues are the shipping costs and that they're space hogs. I guess they could also be seen as positives b/c it forces you to be more particular about what you buy. I see it as a negative b/c there are so many great statues that it's hard to have and display all of them. Let alone store the boxes for larger statues.

Yeah, I'm worried about shipping cost but space wise I think I can swing it since it will force me to be more picky haha. In a lot of ways this statue could be the "be all end all" for Ledger Jokers, though I'm torn on the expression. Gives a lot of character and makes it stand out to so many other Ledger Joker statues and figures. But also, I'm not sure if it captures the character in a way that they intended.

The Queen Studios and JMD almost seem more faithful to Ledger but more boring... I really love the detailed base and the realism with this Prime 1 despite being a little more stylized. It does look like Ledger though, just not an expression we're used too.
