Even if he drops $100+ in the aftermarket I still don't think I could overlook the leg and scale issues.

Despite the pose and hate it gets around here, 200 ES should at at least guarantee you'll get your money back. I don't think the same can be said of the regular though... I wonder if they will even sell any of those.

I don't know why I keep going back and looking at pics to convince myself to get him. Its just painful.
Looking tonight I realized another key reason I don't like him. He was jacked in the movie and had big arms and traps/shoulders. More of a traditional V shape. this engineer has skinny arms and no traps. He isn't built right.

Because you, like many of us, were hoping for an outstanding representation of the Engineer, with a killer pose, and built to scale.

I liked what I saw in the pics from SDCC. I knew when I saw those pics that I wanted it.
This one may end up being underrated like the Species maquette. We'll see.
