It has nothing to do with Prometheus. It just has to do with fanboys not understanding film.

If they don't like the film, fair enough. But hate it on it's own merits. Not your fanboy nit picks. You know? Just doesn't feel fair.

No I know, I agree with you. I also do no think Prometheus sucks.
While I loved the Engineers and the way they looked, I didn't like that they made the Space Jokey into a suit.

but the movie is good.

My TRU sold through about 6-7 and then re-stocked. They've sat since then.

I just hope they don't completely disregard the first movie and get caught up in just focusing on the doc and robo-head going to find the Engineer home world. Regardless of how you feel about the first movie (I personally liked it) there's A LOT of unanswered stuff there and I hope they cover some of that.
