I don't know why Microsoft went the path they took ..

they made it easy for Sony and they didn't let the competition even try to appeal to the mass. it's the 21st century and we're happy simply that we can share or sell our copy of the game & Sony is just making fun of Microsoft now.

I just watched the sony conference. Have sony explained anymore about the party chat they briefly mentioned ?.

The thing that will always make me stick with the xbox is the online capabilities and party chat system. I use it everyday with friends and without it I'b be bored. If Sony can match Microsoft with this I'll definitely be buying a ps4.

Am I right in also thinking playstation now charge for playing online ?. This is probably a good thing since they can hopefully now improve online gameplay. How long has it been like this ?.

From where I stand I see the ps4 being the better all around system but for me personally I'm not interested or excited for any of the exclusives whilst I really want to play Dead Rising 3 ,Halo 5 , titanfall and Rise.

I'm gonna end up wanting both of these consoles.

But doesn't PS4 have a lot more processing power? I remember someone compared the specs and PS4 was twice the system.

I'm leaning that way. I was talking to some mates about it but they were saying the games look better on the Xbox. I really need to see the full reveals of both properly.

I got 5 different 360s due to the red ring of death, till I finally decided to switch to PS3, not a single problem over 5 or 6 years now, that thing is a freaking rock! Almost as tough as my Nokia phone.

Yeah but I went through 3 Ps3's & never had to replace the 360 but I bought the 360 Elite late so I guess they improved the 360 for over heating like Ps3 did with there slim model?

That's safe to assume. But it almost seems like the luck of the draw, or just how much you actually use it.

I have the original 60GB PS3 and it only got YLOD after 5 years.

Yeah for as much as I don't use my PS3 I didn't think I'd be getting the PS4 for sure. Its going to end up being my launch system due to better relationship with gamers (at least on the surface) and better price point. I wouldn't be shocked if MS makes some changes quickly when they see how people are reacting, but for now they're on the outs with a lot of people. I have a PO for both but unless MS makes changes quickly I'll cancel it and get it later. In the end I want to game with my friends and the PS is going to allow that in a better atmosphere. So I'll end up with a PS4.

Realistically they will more than likely revise it but it will more than likely come in the form of a slim and wont see release for another year or so.

I usually get both but I will wait till next E3 until I decide on getting an xbox. If there is no improved version I guess it will be PS4 and WiiU for me
