I really like the beat up face! It's kind of a cool option. Reminds me of the member who made a custom beat up Ken pcs face. It was so funny and cool. I hope the ex will have that head with no more than 500 ES. Well it would be nice.

Yes to me the scale the comiquette is just too small. Not to say the people who has the original comiquette version is bad, but I think instead of saying this new one is not good, I think it's just too early to know everything about this. On the plus side we know the PF scale rocks, the overall of it looks pretty good, and the ex head is a nice extra. I'm sure there will be more tweaking etc when it. Gets closer to PO. Most people will love it! Haha I did the same for storm. I hated it and now I like it much more than ever. So I'm guilty of the same thing.

We're all just guessing, obviously, but that does seem like a likely Ex.
He might come with some other weapon(s), too, so who knows.

People don't place 1/4 statues next to 1/6 statues, why should this be any different.

Cap is officially listed at 6'2". Punisher is 6' even. He's supposed to be smaller than Cap. Also, the base on Cap seems a bit higher than Punisher's. Don't know for sure because I can't tell from the pic. This Punisher Com is the same scale as the AH Mystique Com. Roughly 1/5.5 scale. That's good enough for me. I put him next to the Venom, Surfer, & Iron Man Com and he measures up fine with them. He is not 1/4 scale. I know that. However, in my book, he's still epic.
