ok, one last thing. On Ray's M4, what is the scope/light on the top? Any suggestions? I want it screen accurate but don't know squat. Is it from a night vision head mounted system?

I don't think so! Z will have to do another run of these if some guys missed that head! But he didn't cast spare heads.

Oh,man I missed out I would have loved to have gotten one.

Morbach, thanks. This one proved to be more of a challenge than I thought. It takes me a little while to detach & look at it as to how/where I want to improve when painting. After 3 goes, I'm finally happy. Actually watched to blue ray to try to pick up the various col in the skin tones around the eyes, lids, cheeks, chin etc.

I'll try to post what I have tonight ok, been bogged down with a lot of personal garbage

As promised, here's what I got so far. The lighting is so so, but you get a good idea of the basics. The vest came together quite well based around the Enterbay Jack Bauer. Lots of modding ELVIS, IF YOU ARE READING THIS, YOU SET THE STANDARD DUDE

Still have to add a few pieces to the vest & replace the neck straps to black chrome ones to match the loop on Ray's L shoulder.

The weapons are pretty much done except for the C-More (thanks again MLord)

Still planning on makin the mini cross bow (I'm such an idiot for completely realized accessories)

oh forgot. I wanna make the knife as well. Um, may have to ask Stevo for his skills on the knife & sheath. Staggering work he does

All I did was take some knee pads, remove the hard shell part & just cut the straps off as well as shorten the length from the squared off end. All I really needed was enough of the rounded end to look close. Then velcroed it into the inside of the shoulder piece

The knee pads came from either Black Ops ot Storerooms, will try to find the link

I plan on takin some better images to show off the skin tones. I actully have some pinkish tones as well as purple around the eyes as well as a couple of sratches

You have no idea how much I appreciate the compliment, I want to try to post some clearer images of the skin tones. I hate to admit it, but this was like 3 goes at it & I wish I knew exactly what the heck I did for the base skin tone. To me it always makes or breaks a paint job. Z, I'm sure there are others that will pop up soon & humble me

Man that is an awesome looking Punisher. But i do still think that the head is still a bit on the big side. But other than that really amazing.

Maybe that the skull is not faded enough?

Thanks elvis, from you the compliment means a lot. I just cut the barrel off the magnum & added a section off a Brit machine gun, then the light & the top piece from a Chuck Morris machine gun.

I agree 100% the skull need to be distressed. This is just what I've got so far. Still a few small tweaks I want to do & the damn knife & crossbow

I left the skull as it was cuz i had intended to take a few shots in a Bradstreet style, this way with high contrast lighting the skull would pop. Still, it looks way to "new", um Franks first day on the job?

ALos for the mag pouch! On mine i used the same as your but i removed the buckles! In the movie he hasn't those buckles on the mag holders!
Just my 2 cents! lol

Gonna re work a couple things tonight should I have the time. Mag pouch, distress the skull, add straps on back for the MP5's as well as add the L chest holster & fix something to look like a C-More

Ya know, I never thought this build would be this big of a deal. I though, phssst, Punisher, black gear, skull, done MAN was I wrong

Thank you for the kind comment on the painting. I really do want to take some better images to show the skin tones. There are some pinks & purples in there as well. I just wanted it not to look obvious

Ok before I go ahead & do this. I'm open for suggestion.

Chalk pastels are fine for skin, but can I also use them for weathering the clothing & taking the edge off the skull. Any idea as far as sealing the work. Testors dull coat is what I use on sculpts but will it wok on the clothing?

once the paint is in the clothing it's a bit hard to fade it out! WHat i used generally is black paint dilud in water and then touch up the outfit!
