There is no excuse for this.
Another online retailer I want to warn everyone about is TNS figures. They sent me a completely different figure than I ordered and they did not respond to my emails for over a week. I was livid. Customers expect a response within 72 hours, of working for Amazon taught me anything its that you do not **** around wirh your customer service. Finally I open a PayPal case and I still ask for a response. Something I just wanted then to acknowledge their mistake send me what I ordered and nice but not expected would be a feeebie or a future discount or whatever.
Instead they respond with one of the rudest most unprofessional messages I’ve ever seen. I’m still in shock over it.
They told me to go **** my self basically and keep the figure I never wanted anyways and PayPal refunded me. So yeah I got a free figure but not what I actually wanted and they lost a customer because they are compete and utter *******s.
