ok, no real new pieces in these pics except for frodo and elektra.
mostly taking pics to see how the newly put together tv display/wall and lighting looks in the bedroom.

thanks man. the real hold up was the tv.
i couldn't find a white framed tv, so i had to take apart one of the ones i already had and paint the frame and housing white.

that was fun, i had lots of extra pieces after i had put it back together.
nothing electronic like that, just sht like screws and brackets. you know, stuff that a tv really doesn't need.

I love that Thor premium format and i looks great right by the TV. Only problem is you stop paying attention to your shows because your collectibles just grab your focus. Great setup!

yeah tell me about it, you know when you order something and you see it's 24", eh no problem and you don't give it a second thought.

well i was quite surprised as to how much head room this guy needs. like others have stated in other threads, this one is going to pose some problems displaying for some people.

I think it perfectly fills out your detolf though. Gets close to the top (nice and snug). Since 90% of us collectors have a detolf or two, I think that's a great solution. Also most premium formats that take up two detolf shelves go on the bottom due to the weight, I think because this piece is lighter it looks wicked in the middle.

unfortunately these displays aren't detolf's but are the same in ikea's detolf design, but they are wider than detolfs and are made by a company called jysk. i don't think he'll fit into a detolf since he has to be turned sideways because of his mechanical arms.
i might be wrong on that, but i highly doubt he'll fit.

yeah, i think they're only in canada. you don't have any in the toronto area??
of course the greater toronto area covers a large area.

they fit very well for PF's, because of the extra width and the extra versatility of been able to adjust the shelf spacing. which i had to do for iron spidey.

Yeah the cases are I think $129 or something, very nice.
