I think there gonna raise that price.... if they have the wrong photo listed maybe the wrong price too. Maybe thats the price of the DD vs punisher dio. How much are they usually ?

I've just realised you guys were talking about the 229.99 price.

My order has now changed to this price too.

With this being such a good deal , the prices changing , the photo being of the dd vs punisher dio and there site saying its sold out instead of pre ordered this is very confusing. There are obviously alot of mix ups and mistakes with the way they have listed the item.

If I get any time free tommorow I'm going to try and ring them about it , if I inform them they might change everything to how it should be.

If anyone has the free time please give them a ring becuase I might not be able to tommorow.

Lets just hope this deal is as good as it looks.

I'm pretty sure when I ordered it was 179.99. I phoned them anyway and they said they have people who will edit everything now that they know and a few things were mixed up.
Its now classed as pre order instead of sold out for me so thats good. They still haven't changed the damn image...

Is there not some kind of trading law or something that if they list something for a certain price and you go to purchase it, they have to sell it at that price. Its false advertising if they change the price. I know we enter into an agreement buying something from them, surely they are breaking their end of the deal?

yep... there messing around lately big time with alot of stuff.
Hopefully they can get all this madness sorted soon.

There lsting things wrong , not sending out orders , not being helpful on the phone. Sucks really...

I wouldn't know anything about the breaching the law thing to be honest and wouldn't want to get involved but hey... if you guys want to sue play.com " go ahead " !.
