Yes that and maybe some paint on her body to match a different color robe. Maybe even a more limited version. It's only extra money later on.

Not to mention they will release an international version, then the exclusive they "forgot" to release at release. Then they will do a signature edition where they get one of the artists, probably high on meth, to scrawl his signature on the base. Followed by the international exclusive signature edition...I think we all know what this means.

I think what really sold me on this statue was how much nicer it looked when not in highly edited photos. They always try to make things look amazing by putting it in crazy backgrounds and editing the thing itself to look perfect, but it was those shots of her at conventions and such that truly looked incredible. That's how you know you've got an excellent sculpt and paint job.

Variants:cuckoo: I doubt that anyone that doesn't like SS Dead line or originals is going to jump and buy this just because of T&A, that is unless you are 12 or a thirty year old virgin.
As far as QC, I have all the originals from the dead line and haven't had an issues with QC, if you read over the threads very few if any noted any issues with the SS originals. Looks to me that maybe SS takes a little extra pride and care when it comes to their original line.
Going to go order my Jack the Ripper Variant now with the Red coat......
wait that would be kinda cool!!!:hi5:

1000% agree with this.

Well no, it's not a Sideshow original, I think besides Mort the last one was Patient Zero, so it was a while ago.

I do see your point my Friend Josh, I knew that going in when I made the comment, it was just a counter statement that SSC as a overall company sells them.

Are you kidding me? Basically everyone is buying this because of T&A. Red Sonja has an ES bigger than almost all of Sideshow's Marvel statues and that's also solely due to T&A

Oh of course, man, look at the Storm variant. That was the last one I remember recently. I was just saying that as far as the dead line goes I doubt you're going to get the same thing as some of the other lines. :)

I love this statue, but summer 2014 is getting full.... I've got Red Sonja in June and Hellboy in August (and I don't know when the 1/6 Hoth figures will land). Then there's Batman Returns to consider. I'll keep an eye on her and hope I can manage to grab her, but I don't see a rush to order.

this statue would've been better if the minions came out of her stomach :lecture
