I guess I’m never getting a 1/6 Master Chief.
I hate Batman and Batstans more. After all, they gave people the chance to vote. But like in literally every single area where the name "Batman" appears, everything else is decimated in his path. He used to be one of my favourites, but after the BatGod Phase I grew progressively resentful towards him. I've said before that I've come to hate Wolverine due to all the shilling, but Christ, Batman's getting shilled 10 times as hard. Just for how goddamn long can you enjoy an autist in a batcostume run around Not!Jersey solving crimes in alleys?! They don't even lean into the Gothic angle anymore. It's just generic noir cape nonsense. I miss when X-Men were Kings of Comics. At least they had diversity of stories and settings... If not for me liking Pattinson, I doubt I'd be interested in anything Bat-related ATM. Alright, end of the day I like the Gothic Aesthetics and core of the character, bur Jesus am I tired of the execution.Batman, Batman, more Batman.
I hate this hobby.
No wonder many collectors still holding on their 1/10 or 1/12 figures...at least them companies offer variety in that scale.Batman, Batman, more Batman.

Bat-exhausted indeed!!! Thank God Batttison and Reeves does send him back to the root of the character (not that Batgod and preptime BS plot armor gimmick version!) and the costume being amalgam of various Batman costume over the 80 so years is a plus.God.Damn.Bat.Stans...
Well, I hope they do make Kratos (with rooted goatee for 200$ extra!), Indy, RoboAhnuld and Guts. I wouldn't say no to a Deluxe QS Tobey-Man or Huge Jackedman either. I doubt they'd make him, but a Sauron would tempt me as I love armours. Still, I really don't understand what function these polls really serve, as they've already said Disney stuff are hard to get and they already know what the big IPs are. I get that it's a way to gauge interest, but it seems kinda cruel when we know that Disney stuff are out of reach, and things like Dragonball and the such will never happen. Metal Gear being in 3rd place is interesting though, and I wonder if anything will come off it.

I'm ashamed to say that if they make Arkham figures, I will be tempted...
I'll be honest, I'm not sold on the fauxnoir/Fincher copy of the ReevesVerse. I mostly just like Pattinson a lot. What I like about Batman is the Gothic side and original quasi-horror roots, not so much the noir/detective bit. I am on board, but I'm not head over heels yet, wanting every Battinson dolly, anxiously waiting for a Riddler dolly to be announced, etc. But it is a step in the right direction, I agree. Post-Babel and Nolan Batman just became insufferable across all media. I stopped apying attention to his comics a while back though. King just ruined any interest I had remaining.Bat-exhausted indeed!!! I still hold out hope some company will do a 1/6 Chief. Hopefully LIM takes a stab at it.I guess I’m never getting a 1/6 Master Chief.
Because those scales are cheap to produce, have a cheap price tag so there is a low barrier to entry and anyone can buy almost as many as they want compared to bigger scales and more premium prices where collectors have to be selective and if the character is not that popular it can lead into low sales and potential loss for the company. Just go and see what statues companies produce in 1:4 and 1:3 scales, same characters over and over. Not many people will buy secondary character figures/statues for 1000+ USD.No wonder many collectors still holding on their 1/10 or 1/12 figures...at least them companies offer variety in that scale.
--Cool so re hash of hot toys stuff.
Those made the top 5 though, right? I’ve got to think they’ll still look into it, especially if they can’t get one or more of the top three.F for Predator
Cool so re hash of hot toys stuff.
Hot Toys never gave us a ‘92 Catwoman, so I’m really happy it made the top 3.--
At more than HT prices.
Predator and Dutch with all of the bells and whistles is absolutely something I would spend Queen Studios money on. Having rolling eyes in both Dutch and Predator would be amazing. Wonder if they’d explore seamless joints for both, too. A seamless predator torso with ab crunch would be a dream. With Indy being at Lucasfilm and potentially exclusively with HT, I'd hope Predator would be next in line for IA.
I'm willing to bet we're seeing these results because Queen has only shown redos of stuff Hot Toys has already tackled. They're superior redos, but people are now looking at their old HT stuff and want an upgrade.
Hopefully Queen will get a chance to flex their muscles on a new license and that'll spark people's imaginations.
A 1/6 Axl Rose and Slash would be amazing. I'm not sure which outfit I'd pick for Axl though.I’d like to see more music icons like blitzway did Hendrix there’s so many artists and genres that I would love to have Queen’s touch.
