In other words, don't necessarily "trust" without "verification" prior to buying/paying any MIB/NRFB offerings of the figure.

As Reagan said, "Trust, but verify." or I will say, "Ask and all questions and be 100% certain without any doubt before pulling the trigger while having contingencies in place."
Indeed buddy, indeed.

I can promise you 99% of what they are asking people for in polls won’t get made.

They will create the same things everyone else makes with an occasional few random licenses thrown in.

I wouldn’t get too excited.

Using fast food analogy, those polls are like going to Burger King and ordering an Arby's Roast Beef Sandwich. The cashier tells you they use equally cheap low quality beef like Arby's, but they don't have it/make it.

:exactly:
The polls were a silly idea - created to stir a buzz around the time of the Joker reveal.

The way things have been lately, I believe some of us are just hyped-out for various reasons.

A hype just doesn't seem to have the razzle-dazzle it once did short of polls in a certain group that's really more brand PR instead of an authentic genuine hype.

It's like the allure of a classic Playboy Playmate from the mid to late 70s when all of her components were the real thing compared to those from the 90s when the components were likely artificial/fake and not the real thing. Something gets lost even though visually enticing.

When is WondeFest that Queen Studios mentioned? InArt should showcase all figures there. Sometimes in May.

Poll results are in. Looks like they only accounted for the top 3 of each one.

- 80's Movies: Batman 1989, Terminator T-800 & Indiana Jones

- 90's Movies: Batman Returns, Batman Returns Catwoman, Terminator Diecast Endo + BD T-800

- 2000-2010 Movies: Spider-Man (Tobey Maguire), LOTR Main Characters, TDK Batman

- 2010-2022 Movies: The Joker (Joaquin Phoenix), BvS Batman, Logan Wolverine

- Videogames: Batman Arkham, Kratos God of War, Metal Gear Solid

- Anime: Dragon Ball Z, Guts Berserk, Attack on Titan

Summary: Batman with a side of Batman on Batman. But maybe they'll get Batman Returns and finally do Catwoman/Penguin.

Video Games: Barman - Arkham :lol

I'm all in for Batman 89 and Batman Returns. Been waiting about 20 years for the Penguin and Catwoman. I could do a Queen style Jack Joker and Keaton Bats.

I'd love a Queen version of Indiana Jones... but Disney's got that one tied with HT. Maybe since the new movie is coming out they'll license Ford to death everywhere. Last chance.

what a bummer. I hope they don't get the licenses to the stuff they don't have. They've likely already got the licenses to the 50 Batman figures people want as well as the LOTR stuff. then there is the disney stuff that they've said they won't likely be able to do anything with.

The only interesting thing about this is Kratos, and the anime stuff, but I'm not interested in buying that in sixth scale.

Batman, Batman, more Batman.

I hate this hobby.

Queen Studios; So here's a company, actively communicating with fans, asking fans what they want to see, giving them the chance to engage and try to make those special figures figures become a reality. Figures from properties HT won't touch.

The Fans: "Queen, we must have Batmen! We must all have Batmen forthwith! We must all choose, and we must all have Batmen!"

Hopefully something will come of the Terminator and Indiana Jones requests.

From the 90s poll hopefully they don't literally just make a Battle-Damaged Terminator 2 T-800 and will instead interpret that request as for the T2 license overall. A new clean Uncle Bob is more necessary than a BD one. Ideally you perfect a clean likeness and use that as the base for the BD.

Incidentally I didn't notice Batman had overtaken Terminator. At least it's Keaton.
