After looking into it I think they're just custom sculpts probably used for practice.

As much as I'd love a godfather by inart I think that's wishful thinking. Justin's tour video was a great insight. Viper seems to have alot of passion when it comes to 1:6 scale.

Yeah upon a closer look at those sculpts. Those are customs for sure. Clearly Nutpizs' Fox and Bane sculpts.

My first thought was that those just look like the type of sculpts that are all over eBay for $15.
Painters have to practice on something.

they are referring to recasted heads that people buy on ebay. some people buy them to practice painting but im almost certain those heads are custom works from other artists. we have to remember viper is/was a custom artist and i would imagine he has connections to these artists to be able to acquire these heads.
