I always liked that idea in movies - world of the living and world of the dead. Beetlejuice even comes to mind.

I'll pass on this one... looks really bad... Jeff Bridges should be cautious about the movies he makes... he's risking becoming a caricature of himself... and this one looks like it...

This looks like a painful movie to watch and I didn't think I'd see Jeff Bridges be annoying, but in the trailers he's very annoying.

Wow! Did this movie bomb this week. Only made 12.5 million for a 130 million budget.

I'm kinda of glad. I hate Ryan Reynolds. He was also the voice of Turbo which also bombed and opened this week.

Green Lantern has its flaws but Ryan Reynolds is the major flaw. Hopefully he never gets to be Deadpool or the chance to be in any other decent film. He should stick to Van Wilder movies.

Reynolds also sucked in Blade III, get rid of him please Hollywood.

Nail in the coffin. I agree I hated him in Lantern and pretty much everything else he's been in but I thought this actually looked good. Well maybe not good but better than MIB2 and 3.

He's actually the only thing I liked about blade 3, and he was also good in buried, I think that's what it was called. still sucks to have two high profile movies bomb in the same week. ouch.

I am hearing awful things about this movie. From different people. Seems like a really bad version of MIB or something.

I was torn between this and The Conjuring; my local theater put RIPD in the small screen and the horror on their larger - so I saw Conjuring.....awesome movie; poor RIPD.

Guess RIPD 2 is out

I think what's hurting these movies is the stupid 3D. I know at one of my theaters they were talking about it, saying they can't keep movies on the screens as long because so many movies are coming out in both 2D and 3D and it takes up screens. So movies that might do well being out for a few weeks aren't getting as many screenings as they would've in the past.
