My only constructive criticism would be that the hair looks a little dry. Hair has a slight oily sheen to it naturally and this appears flat. But my god, those eyes and skin tones!!!

Just the ends aren't shiny, but this is shiny in hand, the hair is sealed with floor polish, it shines. In hand I think you'd see that the hair has sheen like real hair does.
