lets just say i'm going for the "teddy" look....and secured all my orders....i did cancel the commission i was still working out the details for and used that money to get prolly the last piece for the year for me...

Damn, congrats Ed!

I think Pop's suggestion makes sense. Who wouldn't be willing to pay an extra $100 for the slide if they're already shelling out $1,300 for the set? Very few people, I would imagine. And maybe those who already paid could be given the option of upgrading for the extra cost? We were all thinking it would be $300 difference or so, and that's a different ballgame, but. . .maybe he has his reasons.

i'm just super glad RM listened and made the last few changes...i guess this is what i kept clammoring about...well that and the pricing...it definitely caught me off guard when it came in cheaper...so i figured...one good turn deserves another...and purchased more then just the DX....i may still buy something on tuesday....still may go through with my own project and still make up my very own Bickle....not like i will need one after i receive this beauty...but damn it...the artist i almost worked out the deal was VERY GOOD...not a boardie either so he was fresh talent....well not really fresh, he has been in the hollywood industry for 25 years and has worked for many toy companies.....its crazy....but he was about to get my money until i saw this news this am...

Pop: I know how you feel, I was feeling like that too. I did put some work into it by refreshing the page like a madman, so it wasn't just luck. I was so traumatized by the all-day refreshing, that even after I got mine, I kept refreshing from habit and that's when I saw a second one pop up!
Anyway, I'm sure you'll be fine on Tuesday.

The good thing is that you guys have one less person to worry about on Tuesday, cause I for sure was going to bring my game that day.

Regarding the DX vs. double full set, I'm wondering which figures he will actually have assembled for those respective releases. Based on the primary promo pics, it seems like the DX assembled figure will be mohawk, and the double full set figure will be the "driver" version. . .any other guesses?
