Are the bloody heads random thru all sets DFS FS and H&CS?

The small gift will be for everyone and will likely be something like a key chain or the like it won't be 1/6th

The bloody heads will be dropped in across the whole release just like the Oily Plainview sculpts. DX, DFS, FS and H&C sets will all be in with a shout

*sends Rainman a bribe to increase my chances of getting the painted sculpt. . .*

The key ring would actually make some sense with this one, considering he's a taxi driver.

If i ever get my Sloth commission back from Sean Dabbs... sigh... i will have two BL arms to sell.

I was just about to call dibs but I ust saw Levit beat me to it.

If anyone just happens to have some BL arms you're looking to unload, please keep me in mind :wave

Looks like a great body for Mickey too. The torso is longer then the Lee body.

This is true but the other issue that comes into play for Mickey is the height of the BW. I forgot what the foot pegs are like on the BW. Can they accommodate long pegs?

Yeah, unfortunately being a VIP doesn't give you all that much of an advantage in situations where you have very popular figures like this.

Being a VIP isn't being a VIP anymore. I know he's one man but it would be great if he starts to up his ES's across the board. His popularity has grown considerably over the last couple of years. If making more isn't an option then maybe some type of "2 pass tops" rule to maintain your spot like Turbo was saying. The good thing about Iminime is there is a set number of VIPs. With RM's system they VIP pool just keeps growing with no celling

I think the VIP limit should potentially be upped in order to address these problems either that or make it a timed process so say only your last 12 or 18 months purchases count towards it.

Paid up. Now the wait. I really like that most RM releases come very quickly compared. May even have this in hand before Iminime's Blondie.

I would agree with the need to increase edition size argument, except I think it's going to vary from figure to figure. With the PF guys, Jules particularly, increasing edition size would have really backfired with RM stuck with stock that wasn't moving. I actually like the idea of his setting edition size based on pre-orders. Not that every pre-order would need to be fulfilled, but say he could start at 35 figures. If they sold (and were paid for), he could add another 5 or 10 depending on how fast the sell-out occurs, and so on until he got to a number that he felt was sufficient considering interest, but tempered by his desire to keep edition sizes from getting so high that it wouldn't annoy those who collect due to the rarity of the figures. I think he pretty much found the sweet spot of edition size with Taxi driver, but part of that was opening up additional spots.

I don't like the idea of restricting VIP based on previous order. Seems like those who supported him early on really deserve a shot as much as those who bought more recently if and when a figure they want is released.

agree with you, kara. think that all something like previous couple release tallies would ensure are people buying up a bunch to flip immediately when it's characters they dont really want--something which might already be happening from the look of things.
roughly estimating, there seem to be largely three types of rm purchasers: people who are strictly rm buyers--as in pick up each release; those who follow him but pick up based off character interest; and flippers. think the middle children will get squeezed from the equation with something like a tally.

You can install longer foot pegs without any problems on the BW body.

The problem with the open ended edition size is RM is only one man. Bickle is a very very heavy release so not all would be the same but I get the impression this is his limit. He added an additional 5 DX sets and still he had requests to make more it's just not possible.

Things will likely stay the way they are so its fairly irrelevant anyway but I can understand the opposition to only recent sales counting towards VIP. That takes us back to literally upping the VIP threashold as the only option. If a change is to be made at all

A few people keep bringing up the 'flipping' issue how often does this really actually happen? Of course you get the usual after event sales. Real life intervenes and they need the cash or they simply just don't want the figure anymore and want to put the cash towards something else. But a few in here are making out there are multiple users who actively seek multiples just to sell for a profit I've seen no evidence to support these claims whatsoever have I missed something?
