Here is a screen grab and touched up a little - I'd be happy to have it look exactly like this.........

I dont think it looked like this in the film though. This is what the patch looks like today, after years of aging. so i dont think it would be screen accurate.

I agree that the red could be touched up if possible, but the patch itself shouldnt look to clean. The crispy white wont work well.

We finally got the right graphic image of the gorilla, but remember the gorilla is drawn/inked in not embroidered, only the font and around the patch is embroidered. Marlin's mock-up screengrab is accurate to the film used patch.

Looks great. So glad RM is going is all out for this release. Gonna look fantastic.

Yes but also the helmet is wrong as well. Its missing the curve detail that the movie accurate patch has. Your working off of the Reproduction patch and theres alot of inconsistencies, even the font is off on that repro. There's also another version of the Kong patch thats extremely inaccurate. Its the one they commonly use for novelty shirts, mugs, etc.

Sorry for my obsession with this patch, Its the thing that everyone gets wrong.
