Never had a problem personally but from what I've heard from others yes he does.

Are you not still getting a DX set?
It very up in their at present.
I'm sure RM will make it right...there's no reason you should have to buy another set. He should refund you if all else fails and you never receive the DX in the mail. Then you can buy another set.
Sure I will get a refund but where will this magically available DX set be at cost?
Its really really rare for an item to just disappear when its sent via a priority service like EMS mate. It'll get sent back to Lee and I'm sure he'll just send it straight back out soon as it does. It'll get to you
The post office are attempting to deliver it back to him but for some reason they can't right now.
That's why I am apprehensive. Lee is not sure where the box is or what is going on and has no more DX replacements even though originally he told me 'not to worry as I can send you another if needed'.
Pissed off.
