Agreed. Unfortunately Rainman doesn't think to cover all the bases. He doesn't provide enough bits to build up two full figs to display at the same time. We won't get overlapping parts.

Agreed again. I like to switch my poses and there’s only one pose that that smirk is really good for. It’s too limiting to be the main sculpt but I wouldn’t mind if it were numb regular and smirk DX (both Mohawk). That way you have versatility.

If he can’t come up with a way to offer packages to cover all the bases, then the haired version is better off as a separate offering or just as a H&C offering sold simultaneously with the FS

My pitch from the beginning was to make this set an "either...or" meaning two complete versions should be offered. It gives buyers choice. The numbers for each would have been a little lower but in the end everyone is offered a choice, or better yet just offer the V2 down the line. Travis Bickle really calls for it.

Full hair can be used with the M-65 gear though so that's not really a problem. He did have full hair for the "talking to me scene". But the more logical choice would be 2 Mohawk sculpts Smirk and Numb. It covers all bases. Let's see what the man decides.

However let's keep it positive in here, just floating out ideas/casual convo.

Rainman seems very excited about this, I think he will commemorate his 5 years with a very special offering!

I think the reason why I hope we see a haired head is because I never had a good one since Kai canceled his offering.

I think I'd prefer not to see the haired head smiling though, it doesn't seem to fit the haired head... Gods lonely man. He's sullen.

When he goes off of the deep end and gives into his urges to wipe the scum off the streets I think the smiling head is more appropriate. But more of a smirk than a smile.

Because both haired and mowhawk heads are important to this set I don't think either should have a scene specific expression. A third smiling bloody head would be icing on the cake

And he has to come with a second plaid shirt and bomber jacket for the haired full set.

If this does not happen i got the brothers production DX set and can live. But need a good dad for it.

This is a promo pic, it's not that exaggerated smile promo but the expression on this particular shot is very accurate to the expression in the films final shootout.

I really wouldn't go that far. Mike has never come across to me as entitled. Passionate yes, opinionated yes but not entitled or elitist. You seem to have a real problem with him perhaps a problem that's best left out of these threads and moved either to PM or forgotten about completely

Yeah, I've seen a fair amount of entitlementitis in this section, but not so much from Pop. Having said that, I totally agree with the guys saying to get two clothing/outfit sets for the dupe parts if you want two full figures (assuming Rainman even provides enough material with the DX sets to allow for that).

If its Mohawk, the clothing would need to be Green M65 White Western shirt and the specific accessories.

Full Hair would benifit from Tank Jacket Orange plaid. If this were a version 2 offering then a fullworkup could have possibly included his cigar box, peach brandy bottle.

Jeans Boots and Belt remain the same for both.

A DX with fullhair headsculpt wont include the extra chestpiece I assume.

From a selfish point of view, I would also prefer this, because I could then pass on the pricey DX and stick to head/outfit stuff. But I want both looks on display. Rainman should have no problem selling out of two different Bickle releases.
