I hope that Rainman continues to use this system for future releases. It's a great feeling ordering Rainman without having seven cardiac arrests as a result.

Well.... Waited a long time for this. and I'm now proud to say - I just secured a Grand Package.

The twins and Danny just have stuck with me from such a young age, and the nostalgia and dedication i see put into this set imo makes it the best all around release in Rainmans arsenal.

I am proud to have bought this, and at the price it was set at. It is very reasonable when you think of everything going into it, and what any other company would charge anyways for everything that is included, and at 1/100th the quality. Two of my favourite artists in the 1/6 realm and I could not be happier.

Thank you again Lee, Robbie - and everyone here in the community for deepening my passion with this 1/6 world.

Thanks Ten...it was a stretch, I don't mind telling you, mate...but I had to pick something, and, as we had discussed, they carry a LOT of menace. Even as a stand alone item.

I was very very fortunate to win an outfit set, so just bought a painted head to complete Dull Boy. If I was looking at buying something without that outfit set secured, i'd totally pick the twins.

ive always sent my payment as a gift. I get charged $5, maybe $8 bucks. But on his end the cost is much higher. I'd say $30-40 to my $5-10.
He's never asked, it's a business transaction
But you know he appreciates it.

It's great to see everyone still having a chance to grab something. I think this is what it is all about. Everybody in the community happy and enjoying collecting. I am really for this 24 hour system. I was lucky enough to get mine yesterday. I am a VIP. But to read you all still making choices on what to get on a Rainman site I think is fabulous. take it from a man who's been on board with Rainman since the first gunman. I'm ALL FOR the 24 hour system... I don't believe in limited stuff (unless of course there's a limit to how many of one item the artist can physically produce himself).\

A figure as wonderful as Jack needs to be available to all who want him. He's a top notch piece and after discussing him all day with 5 or so freaks many among the toughest critics I know, it was universal that this one is without a doubt one of Rainman's all time greats.

I love the twins and Danny and love Kubrick and the movie but only sprung for the fullset this time. Got to keep things lean where I can.

Will the twins' base have magnets or something for stability? I have my washer and dryer on the 2nd floor of my house along with my figures and it will briefly shake the floors as the spin cycles down. I would cry if the twins fell over

They're iconic! I know a lot of people would know what movie an axe-wielding Jack Nicholson was from, but...well, someone seeing those twins? Yikes!!!

I'm really happy for all the collectors who were able to land a piece of this landmark work.

Assuming RM can complete all the orders without suffering from lost of quality, this is a good idea not only for us but for him. Imagine the additional revenue he could be making. Of course, needs to balance out with time and resources, etc.

I'm good waiting however long it takes to get this set right. It was also earlier confirmed he would be painting the Grand Packages/fs/dx - Jack/Danny/Twin heads himself. Should be a lengthy wait, not to mention Robbies timeframe.

Guys, here's a thought:

Should we be making it known to our friend in Korea that we are a patient lot? That we are, collectively, prepared to wait for however long it takes for him to get this done at his pace and with his usual outstanding love and attention to detail?

Think about it. I personally have no problem in waiting if it means everything is stellar. I'm further thinking he may be quite overwhelmed with the response this release will garner. It might be nice to put his mind at ease.

I secured one FS!, i am so happy, first time i was able to buy one, and it was possible because this new system.
Every RM release, i try not get involved too much, to avoid frustation in case i cant buy one with all that war in the other order system!

Maybe he can do this in all his releases, if he stay much overwhelmed in this release (sure he will), maybe in the next, he can open a shorter time frame ( 1,23... Hs) depending him manage the time necessary.
And to satisfy the VIPs that like exclusivity, put just the Dxs limitated in quantities.
