Yep. Though I believe a handful are held for VIPs of Rainman's.

That's right, and "VIP"s (i.e., those folks who have spent a lot of money with Rainman in the past) have first dibs. You have to register with his site before you can buy, and your purchase directly from his web store.

Going by past figures, It always looked to be fairly easy to get a figure if your at your computer when the figure goes up for sale, I just hope this is the same case with Doc.

He'll usually post a banner on his website with the pre-order date and time, and will also usually post that information here on the forum.
