hey i bought a Eagle Eye head, about a month ago. about how long does it usually take for a Rainman head to get to the states? i know Rainman's reputation is the best, but getting afraid it was lost in shipping.

Does the order status say receipt/confirmed?

If so then it hasn't shipped. If you bought it the same time as the Doc Full set or clothing set than he will probably wait to ship it then. My Bill head hasn't shipped either, but I'm cool with that

Yeah, I ordered a Narrator head with my Doc to get free shipping. Otherwise, it would have been very difficult for me to justify the price.

the order status shows "Confirm receipt(Credit card)", and i did NOT order anything else with it. just the Bill head. i have no other orders at that site. so i should think it woulda shipped weeks ago. i don't see or have a tracking number.
soooo, if "confirm receipt" means it has NOT shipped yet, then i'm totally confused. if anyone can shed some light on this i'd much appreciate it. thanks!

"confimed reciept" means that rainam has confirmed that you have payed for the item, the status will only change to shipped once its well.. been shipped lol, id say hes very busy atm ( this isnt the only project he has or is involved in) and is probably planning on shipping everything around the same time, atleast thats what id do anyway hope it helps

In this case I think its only fair you pm him. He is busy right now, but you shouldnt have to wait when your full order is complete already.
