If you can afford it, I would heartily recommend you pick up the clothing set and then a painted sculpt.

Only about $50 more and if you regret it now...you will likely regret it more when these sets start shipping.

If history has taught us anything it is that Rainman always betters the prototype by a mile with the production pieces.

My guess is you'll probably see the updated paint job when they ship. He might show some of his own in-progress shots, but the final product is usually a (pleasant) surprise when it shows up.

Too excited to see the WIP pics. Being too finicky I guess, but with reference to what kara and SE stated earlier; if there is just one thing I'd like to see, is a little pointy and square toe pair of boots, versus the round ones in the proto:

Rounded boot or squared off boot is inconsequential imo. It is a minor detail that will not stop me throughly loving this figure.

Damn wish you wouldn't have pointed out the shoes, the more I look at them the uglier they are. They remind me of galoshes.
