It shouldn't be surprising at this point, sadly. He seems to recast anything with potential value, whether it be from Rainman, Iminime, Trevor, Betomatali, or anyone else. He did the Dude's shoes recently, as well.

I'm not sure if I follow, but Rainman's outfit sets do come with accessories. They all ship at the same time as the full sets though.

It really really bothers me that Q casted this set, honestly it's appalling. There's nothing we can do because of the nature of these customs and the likeness and unlisenced selling of lisenced properties, but I wish legal action can be taken. Q disgusts me, I used to think he was cool in fact when rhe accusations started I defended him but the fact that he's done this time and time again, blatantly lied about it and gone so far to threaten an artist causing the loss of a very valued member here and one hell of a great guy makes me irate. Some people are truely soulless scumbags. So sorry Rainman has to deal with this garbage.

Is it just a rumor that Q is a cop or is that fact?

Ah, well that would seriously affect the "collectibility" of his works in the minds of some. To such an extent that I fear it would negatively affect his business. But yeah, it would be nice for those who missed out.

Q doesn't give a **** about our complaints and honestly, there's nothing even RM could do. Unlike big companies that go out and get licenses to produce someone's likeliness, RM (and for that matter, all the custom makers) are not subject to those requirements (I guess like the Dexter situation, if someone wants to crack down on this stuff, it'd have to be the production studio or whoever owns the movie rights)...

Its a tricky subject and I clearly don't know enough about it...this entire question of if this is art then its not subject to royalties, but then if custom makers are making money off of it then what does that mean?

Bottom line, I don't think even RM could get Q to stop. But yah, Q is a lowlife.

I think Rainman has cut down on Q's ability to capitalize by making his casts available again directly from the source. But of course, that's not going to completely hamper Q's operation. Particularly when Rainman only offers those up for a small window of time periodically through the year.

It shouldn't be too hard to find him, although he may have it shipped to a friend's house. Also, he probably has another account on here now. No way he doesn't at LEAST have someone on the inside.
