I would recommend you to talk to the seller / GreatLakes - may be exchange numbers and talk it out!
It shld not be difficult so long you both agree (which I think you both do) - that there was an expectation Mismatch!
Accusation led Posts are only gonna get the worse of both of you and trust me - it's just not worth it! Talk to him one on one and hopefully there will be a very quick resolve!

That was my very first response to the buyer. A few minutes after, I contacted him back and told him that I offered the refund through Paypal and they are holding the money and will refund when he returns it. He responded by saying that he wants his money "now". I said to send it back first and then he decided to come on the forum and complain. As you can see in my first message to him, I explained that is how I received the item and that I offered to show him the message from Lee. He has had several options: keep it and paint the two little pieces, send it to me and I will paint the two little pieces, or send it back. He has chosen to do none of the three. Instead he comes here and whines.
