Not to make an issue of this, but if calci has a preference for the eyes, why not have them adjusted by someone else? My concern is that Rainman may interpret the request wrong and paint the eyes looking straight up. Maybe make a personal request to Rainman for your figure. I think it actually loses the likeness of the sculpt a bit if you set the eyes that way.

To each there own, but like you said lets wait on the official pics and if the majority of us still want the eyes adjusted we will get onto rainman and get it done, anyone left who liked the eyes the way they were can go about getting them changed on there own.

As far as the eye tweak goes, I'm not sure. I think we definitely need to see a straight on shot to judge. I'm not sure how much more bad ass that tweak makes him look and I can't see it doing anything aside from making him appear like he's looking upward from a straight on view.

I'm still in the camp of realizing we got a terrible angle for a picture and that it is incredibly difficult to judge the sculpt or eyes based on this angle.

As far as the angle goes it definitely makes him look too happy or carefree. I would prefer a more deadly serious stare and I don't think the angle will change that aspect of the sculpt much at all.

That's right. Everyone needs to get the fullset. No need to concern yourself with the head/outfit set. Nothing to see there at all. Move right along.

Transponder looks fantabulous, though. For sure.
