Has anyone swapped bodies on their Plainview? How was that, difficult? Shorty's the best source to answer this probably. I want to know what TT would work best.

Robbie contact Rainman. I wasnt automatically set to VIP member when I reached the magic number. So I contacted Rainman and he changed it for me. after 3 full sets and a clothing set you should be in there.

IMO it didn't need swapping. The body is just fine and honestly I couldn't tell the difference

Where there any issues with posing? That's my biggest concern. The TT really capture's that natural body movement especially around the elbows and wrist areas

Absolutely none in my case. If I was not made aware I would never have known. The proportions are exactly the same as my Butcher figure

The knockoffs are skinnier in certain places; you'll notice that clothes that you swap from a KO to a TTM18 will fit tighter on the TT. The KO are taller too.

Shorty & Robbie would know about Plainview. I didn't do it yet because I've been dreading dealing with the boots. I'm not sure what's going on in there and the mod the RM posted confused the hell out of me and I'm still wondering what purpose it served.

Robbie/Shorty: What's going on inside Plainview's boots? Is there a built in peg or is it a female adapter that will accept a HT foot peg?

This will do it for sure. The reason why you didn't get over the hump yet is because Stewart was around $300 and that plus a clothing set didn’t equal a full set price.

Yea I used a TT narrow on plainview and it's perfect. Also using long foot pegs.

You can see the VIP and Reg. sets but they will both appear as sold out to you. The Reg. will be active Sat night so Kev has a sporting chance.

But I should add that I've been using a different set of boots than the quail hunter. But it should work the same. And if you've got the full set then I think rm did the mod for you which I believe means that there's the female adapter to the feet glued into the boot. But I could be wrong, so you might want to double check.
