I'm not sure if this will work for anyone else but when I have trouble accessing Rainman's website if you follow an alternate link to a specific page rather than the home page it should usually work.

That doesn't work for me for some reason. But it seems to work different for different computers. Rainman is single handedly responsible for the fact that I never close a browser anymore unless I am shutting the computer down

I had this problem this week.
I went to tools and clear my history, did a virus scan
then defragged my hard drive. No problems now.
I can get on Rainmans site all day long- no kidding.
I'm going there right now.

It's all subjective, but Serang has produced some amazing pieces this year. Instead of a poll, there could be a points system, to ensure that every piece is covered. Everything from Neo from Iminime, to Pee Wee from Rainman, to Dark Helmet from MG, everything made available to the public would be included.

Just went on rm's site, and low and behold there was a painted bill head waiting for me! naturally I snagged it!

i had a ton of trouble with the site...some of you may be locked out by mistake, i emailed and they got me back up running...before that it said i was not allowed access .

Plenty of times today the site would not load and all I would get would be a white screen, to get by this I just go into my history and click on a link to the site that brings me back to anywhere but the main page that I visited and from there I can access those whole site again.

Thanks, finally paid. RM (or a RM staff) responded to my email and said they'd be combining shipping for 2 items I had and sending me an invoice, but then never sent me the actual invoice so I did the scariest thing and

canceled both of my orders and reordered them so they are now in one single order...however the shipping price came out to be the same as before when I had two seperate orders...so combining shipping is not done by default only by a favor?

If he is too busy to do it on his own, Rainman should get another assistant to help with communication/customer service issues IMO. Maybe he doesn't need the help from a financial POV, but I think it could lose him business (and maybe even customers) as more of these things happen.
