I've always thought that sculpt could look better with the right paint. Kuato has found the right distance between the irises, and really captured his gaze. Excellent work by both artists!

I beg to differ, I think Rainman's sculpt of Dexter is superb and very underrated

I'm not the biggest fan of that sculpt, but that's the best paint job I've seen,very impressive.
Now I actually think the likeness is there, It's just the problem in my eyes is the actual shape of the head! it's very flat looking! and this throws of the whole sculpt IMO and also, the actual size of the sculpt looks too small from pics i have seen of the figure in some of your collections.

Had the head been the correct shape ^^^ I would have bought that sculpt in a heart beat!

I love my Dexter painted by Rainman! I would never change it because it was a fullset and is done by the artist as intended but there is no doubt Kuato's paint job on this is stunning! I wanted to post it to prove that Rainman imo nailed the likeness!

Well I'm glad your happy with it Teddy,that's the important thing! ..but hey you know, don't be afraid to admit I'm right!

The only other suggestion I'd give to the head is make his lower lip a little bit fuller. At least in the real pics it appears slightly "rounder" and soft looking.
