The Candy Man by Rainman

Who can take a sunrise
Sprinkle it with dew
Cover it in chocolate
and a miracle or two?
The candy man
The candy man can
The candy man can cause he mixes it with love and makes the world taste good

Isn't this figure's value was among the highest of all Rainman figures on the secondary market?

I didn't mean in terms of value. This doesn't seem to receive the accolades that Bill, Anton, Doc etc gets. This figure is every bit as beautiful as them, that is what I meant.

wow its truely a piece of art.wouldnt mind one:pray: lol how much did it cost with the oompa? im just curious?

The oompa is a magnificent companion piece, but I still don't regret not getting the DX on this one. I didn't feel like I needed it then and I still don't. This was never about future value for me, of course not suggesting it was for anybody else either.

I don't see how you could have Wonka without the Oompa but each to there own :). I had Wonka on his own for 6 months before I finally tracked the Oompa down and it just didn't feel right felt incomplete. Great thing about this hobby tho is everybody has a different perspective.

Despite the interest in this one, the movie never did much for me and the rooted hair pretty much killed any interest the figure would have had for me in isolation from the source material. Looks amazing, but more goes into my own personal buying decisions than that. So, I've also not regretted passing on this one at all.
