To put it the way I see it - it is definitely sought after by some, but not all. which in case makes it a niche, limited release, original figure - which means it is worthy of his time. So although not all of us would spend top dollar for her, there is a massive following of the exorcist and the value of a figure like this could expand past the 1/6 market into high high end horror collectors hands.

The movie was great no doubt - somehow feels weird to have a lil girl in that terrible a state to be put on a shelf - that's all I meant! - I liked the movie, probably the best horror movie, however there was always a hope that behind all that evil was an innocent 12 year old that needed "help" / Protection and rescue.

Some how feels bad to have her on a shelf in that state. But if there are taker for it by all means....

Like I said I don't mean to offend anyone but just was a bit taken aback by lees choice.

I do hope those voices convince him of Karras though. Not sure itll happen but one can only hope the powerful story of good and evil is portrayed in this release.

I think Father Karras would be a perfect companion piece to this, especially since I hope he takes the twins approach to reagan. By doing Father Karras it would add balance to the project and will allow others to buy at the very least somthing that represents this film as an alternative.

If you have time, catch up on the thread and you'll see that this is something Rainman is really interested in doing.

And we already discussed the possibilities of inviting the devil in our home by owning this. Most of us are confident that everything will be a-ok

Well if he wants to do it - I guess that's that then.

I am not worried about evil coming home lol. It's just a bit pitiful to see anyone in that state and a movie is a "journey" that moves along. But for instance - I wld not want to have a picture of her 24x7 in my living room so would probably not want a figure too! No matter how cool. He will surely do a great job at it cause he is really a classy artist but I have issues with the figure not the movie or the artist. May be I am in that category - where some movies are golden but do not necessarily warrant a figure.

But as you say he wants to do it... sorry if I caused a stir!

I'm fine with RM doing this, no matter if the character is a poor possessed little girl. It's only a movie, and a great one, and I'm interested in seeing how this turns out. I'm not religious though, so maybe I don't have that to worry about.

Probably most strange was when the film made it's premier at the Metropolitan Theater in Rome. The theater stood a short distance from two 16th-century churches, each adorned with massive crosses. As audience members filed in, torrential lightning and rain pounded the area, and shortly before the start of the film a horrendous sound was heard from outside. It was way more traumatic witnessing Robin Williams's moobs, combined with an 'is he preggers?' paunch, while he pranced about in a 'perty' green leotard. Compared to that, Regan is a veritable vision of angelic loveliness.
