^ Agreed that the movie was better off without them, but it just kills Cameron's whole 'final ending' thing he has for all his sequels, imho. Like how T3 ruined the whole final story ending of T2, just not as bad for Alien 3.

As good as the movie was, randomly killing people quickly and the Doggy's 'POV' pretty much sucked. I think the creature would've been better off keeping with the first two, in how they move, swiftly yet slowly, in the darkness.

Not commending Resurrection though, that one just felt better overall, regardless of how 'overboard' the story seemed to be.

I like Resurrection - the scene where Johner shoots the spider always brings a smile to my face. And the part where Gediman kisses the alien through the glass - sooooooo creepy! Ewwwwww!

Hahahah! Great scenes! The Alien training theme is something that's been evolving from the start. Would have happened much sooner if Ash or Burke had their way.

All 4 of the movies contributed something new to the table, and that's why it's one of the best sci-fi franchises out there.

^Well, firstly, T2 established that Judgment Day was finally no more, and that the nightmare was finally over. Then out popped T3, and the T-850 just immediately establishes that "judgment day is inevitable", and moved on with the action. Them money making franchise killers.

Lastly, everything after T2 has often been recognised by most fans as non-canon, and just another bad dream.

Sorry to continue talking about Terminator, but I don't understand this "T3 hate". I've always loved T3, it doesn't seem any worse/better than the first 2. TS is the only one that was meh, imo.
My favorite scene is probably the ending..
John's speech, the nukes going off.. Was awesome.

It all feeds into the whole Weyland-Yutani evil corporation theme - even AVPR continues with it when Yutani gets given Wolfs plasma caster. Don't trust corporations! >_>

The Yutani part at the end was a very nice surprise. I think we can expect more in the not to distant future. AVP:R is a great movie, despite what some beer can crushing morons say.

No more than he floods the same threads every time hes here. I've been trying with Reaktwon, I really have but I just don't know what to make of him most of the time. Its never clear if hes being jokey friendly or jokey condescending.
