Got to see this, Back to the Future, and Raiders of the Lost Ark so far this summer, doubt I'll ever have a better year at the movies.

Thats a little harsh on the movie don't you think? if anything gets a 0.5 its this POS below.
I remember going to the theatre to see this movie like it was yesterday, as it seems i always remember the real bad ones,this one looked like a made for television movie, as i was expecting Dawn Of The Dead quality.

The Village: 7.5/10 I like this film. I like the whole idea behind the village in the woods. One of my favorite Shyamalan films.

Anyway , watched this last night. I found it for a £1.00 in a shop.
I'd seen it years before but it is actually quite a good movie.
8/10 for me.

Saw Terminator S yesterday and all i can say is meh,i didnt hate it or love it.....it just exists,a big waste really.Bale was 1 Dimensional at best and the score was awful imo,(SPOILER)and the music as Arnie was revealed was just cringe worthy!the whole thing just didnt feel like Terminator to me.

The Dark Crystal - 7/10
The Labyrinth - 9/10
Both films are amazing but I think The Labyrinth has a better script and having human characters in it helps in making a connection to the story. It's also astonishing how much they could achieve back in the days when there was no CGI. In fact, there aren't many films nowadays that could compare to Dark Crystal and Labyrinth in creating rich and immersive worlds (LotR is the only one that comes to my mind).

Dag Me To Hell - 9/10. Had some flaws, but really delivered as far as what I expected from a Raimi horror film.

just saw drag me to hell....i wish i could get my money back. that was a direct to video at best. seemed like sam raimi was trying to make an evil dead sequel to me. i loved those movies to death, but i don't think mixing and mashing between serious..to slapstick stupidity works too great. unless that was his attempt to make a serious horror movie in which he failed completely. 3/10
