This thread-awesome to suck. I like "Rate" better than review. Review makes it sound like Roger Ebert dress-up time. Also, it's much easier to write numbers than words. **** you, Celtic!
I can't shut "****" up. It's impossible. That would imply that "****" was open to begin with, which it wasn't because that is impossible. So, **** you, your stupid ****ing thread name change, and your ****ty *** ****ing grammar, too.

Ask any woman they will tell you all men are whores!!! tbey truly believe this.
This is why thier first inclination is not to believe what ur saying. They is why they just cant believe it when u tell them you are working late at the office. As much as they love you and want to take your word to heart, and even if they don't question you, their first thought is "He shouldnt be working late today" and this leads to "is this ****er cheating on me" and finally u walk in the door after a hard days work and she is like "you dont appreciate me enough..." oh god here we go..
Legion - 7/10
I thought it was an interesting concept. The way the concept was made into a story was a bit messy though. I'd like to know more about the characters at the diner and it would have been fun if they were there for some divine providence or whatever. They also shouldn't have been so ambiguous about the child. Just call him the second coming or whatever and be clear about it. Same goes for God's motivations. Now it all just seemed like he was a bit cranky and had some violent mood swings...
Overall a fairly good watch though. Better than expected at least.
I've stayed away from this thread ever since someone spoiled Skyfall here.
So now that I watched Skyfall, I have a few to add here:
Total Recall: 7.5/10 Very solid remake! Much better than I was expecting based on what I've heard. The original was never precious to me, so I think I was more open to this one. The action was top notch and I thought the future world was very well designed. Definitely the best Len Wiseman movie.
The Grey: 7/10 Very good. Not much else to say about it. Great performances. And knowing what the wolves represented put the movie in a very interesting perspective.
Bernie: 7/10 Much better than I was expecting. It is literally a combination of a documentary and a regular movie. They filmed the real townspeople who knew the real Bernie in documentary style interviews, and interspersed the scripted story throughout. I think some of the real people also acted in some scenes. Jack Black was great.
Skyfall: 7/10 That's right. I scored it lower than Total Recall. It was overall pretty good. I definitely felt the second half was much better than the first half. As soon as Javier Bardem entered the movie, it picked up dramatically. It actually took me two tries to get through it. I stopped the first time when he was following the assassin cos I was growing very disappointed. Even the ensuing fight scene and in the casino were meh. But like I said, better once Javier came in.
I thought it was a little derivative of some past Bonds like GoldenEye and World is Not Enough, which touched on some of the themes they dealt with this time, like aging, agent turncoats and M in peril--but that didn't bother me. Although I have to say I didn't feel Bond as played by Craig was that old to warrant such a debate in the film. I think I might have read somewhere that Brosnan or Dalton would have been a great Silva. I kept that in mind as I watched and it fit pretty well.
Overall it's my least favorite of the Craig Bonds. I feel Quantum (8.5) is the best one, followed closely by Casino (8), then drop a notch or two for this one. Having it spoiled is extremely annoying and it took away much of the emotional impact. I did like the very end with him coming into the more familiar office. Makes me very eager for the next one.
