No. Transformers is something else. I am allowed to feel differently for different films. Shocking. I ****ing know
Iron Man 3: As of right now, I just don't know.
I gotta see it again. It felt... IDK I just can't. I will give it a full review when I see it again.
3D was forgetable.
I'm glad I went into Iron Man 3 wanting to see a Shane Black film, and getting that.
I don't understand how you went in "expecting a Shane Black movie" then, when he hasn't really gotten an "established" directing style...
Elaborate plz.

3D was so pointless on IM3
Seriously. There was more 3D in the previews and the little title screen that tells you to put them on then in IM3!
Chernobyl Diaries - FML/10
Horrible movie. I'd rather eat radioactive material than watch that crapfest again.
He's been a writer for years. He has a very specific kind of writing style. You can see all the little touches he puts into his films.
Watch Lethal Weapon, The Last Boyscout, and maybe a bit of Last Action Hero (even though they took the script away from him and jerked it around...), and finally, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, and you'll see how close Iron Man 3 feels to those films.
Star Trek 2009
9/10

Yeah, I knew that. But Directors and writers are two different things. Yeah, the writer establishes (sort of) the character tone in the films, but after all said and done the director could go back and change anything in the script they want. (Most of the time).
I also don't get the notion of "it's a Shane Black movie! Of course it's around Christmas!". Lol WUT?
