Prisoners - 7.5/10
Loved the movie. Entertaining from beginning to end. A few cliche moments made me drop the score, but the acting was something else from Hugh and Jake. Getting this one on Blu-Ray

Only my second viewing of this. Definitely better to me post-Avengers just like that first Captain America film was. Looking forward to seeing DW now. The Asgard stuff reminded me of MOS's krypton stuff....and I preferred this. I really don't think I'll watch MOS again. Maybe when the second film/Justice League comes out.

Thor was always underrated to me. Only 2 Marvel Studios movies I like are Iron Man 1 and Thor 1

Such a great movie. Had suspense, drama, comedy...and the casting was perfect. Highly recommend it.

All joking aside, this film was excellent, and Christian Bale and Amy Adams both deserve nominations at the Academy Awards.

Saving Mr. Banks - 6.5/10

Hanks looks the part of Walt Disney, but doesn't sound a bit like him. I'm not familiar with PL Travers, but the way she was portrayed in this movie made her wholly unlikeable. The movie used too many flashbacks IMO and made things feel a bit disjointed.

After I finished EFNY, I was looking at the blu ray cover, and realised how awesome the poster is. Even though the Statue of Liberty head is about 5x too big haha.

I just got the Blu Ray too, quality is great but as you know has zero extras. The cover to it is pretty awesome.
