Monster A Go Go -10/10

I recorded it off AMC or something cause I was curious. Worst movie I ever watched. I actually fast forwarded thru a lot of it. Made in 1965. I have no idea what they were thinking. :lol

did you mean 0/10 then? or that it was super good because it was ludicrously bad?

The new movie?

If so....ugh I hated it.

Yep, I know a lot of folks hated it but I myself like it very much. I like the mood, the story and the way they tried to make it look like a documentary - especially the action scenes.

Maybe Baby: 6/10 Had some funny bits, but was a bit predictable and slowed down from about halfway...

Re: Rate The Last Movie You Watched.

EVERY David Lynch movie has freaky stuff! Check out Wild at Heart (medium freaky) or Mulholland Dr (SERIOUSLY freaky!!!) some time.

I've seen quite a few Lynch films, and yeah I agree they're all filled with freaky stuff. Mulholland Dr is probably my favorite because its Lynch's most complex narrative. I also love Twin Peaks.

I'll rate the Lynch films I've seen (aside from Blue Velvet):

Eraserhead 7/10 The movie is the epitome of freaky ^^^^. I've seen it twice and I still don't understand a lot of it.

Elephant Man 8/10 great movie. can be quite sad.
Dune 5/10 I couldn't really get into it. I dunno what it is but I couldn't.
Mulholland Dr 9/10 Like I said, its my favorite Lynch film.

Miami Vice 9/10

Fantastic moive.

Well, the last week I've sat through a lot of movies. A recent thread made me watch Star Wars 1-6.

The Phantom Menace - 7/10
Attack of the Clones - 7/10
Revenge of the Sith - 9/10
A New Hope (Revisited) - 8/10
The Empire Strikes Back - 8/10
Return of the Jedi - 6.5/10

For the record, I've seen every theatrical release of the movies in the theater except the original unaltered Star Wars, I saw ANH in '79.

Top 3 scenes:
Yoda explaining The Force to Luke in ESB.
Palpatine revealing himself as a Sith Lord to Anakin in ROTS.
Luke saying "I am a Jedi, like my father before me." to the Emperor in ROTJ.

It's funny, most SW fans slam the prequels as inferior. While watching all six together, the prequels are cut from the exact same cloth as the originals. The acting is the same, the dialogue is the same and they both have bad camp. Oh well, no to wait for the super bluray set that will come out.

Smokey and the Bandit - 8/10 - Sheriff Buford T. Justice is the greatest vilain ever created. There is also no one more quoteable. "Give me a diablo sandwich, a Dr. Pepper, and make it quick, I'm in a god damn hurry!"
