The Good Son (1993) - 5.5/10

This was actually a fun/funny movie of Macauley Culkin acting eeeevil and the scary thing is it seemed to come quite naturally for him. Elijah Wood was pretty decent in it so you can see how he got noticed by other filmmakers. I had to lol at the super violent ending with Culkin's mom holding each kid with one hand over the side of the cliff but faced with the choice of having to drop one and grab the other with two hands. Who did she choose???? Dun dun dunnn. Not too hard to figure out. Super silly stuff but it held my interest to the end.

Ghost in the Shell 2017 (third viewing) - 8/10
I liked it even more this time. I was by myself in the theater (which is sad ), but it helped me focus on the movie. Possibly my favorite movie of 2017 so far.

Fate of the Furious - 7/10
It was dumb fun. I liked then The Rock would fight dudes.

I wouldn't call it bad, gave it a 6 myself, but it will be overrated in some circles.

The search for decent cosmic horror continues....

Even this music video gives me a better HPL fix

Dragon Ball - 8.5/10 This series aged so nicely.

Dropped a half a point there for the slight contradictions that aren't the manga anyway and a point for the fact that it dragged a little, but not as bad as Z, stuff I can read in 5 minutes in the manga takes 3 episodes here.

Still, my favorite part of the whole franchise, I really enjoyed re-watching this after ages, lots of laughs and lots of feels.

After I'm done with the 4 movies movies and Dr Slump I'll move on to DBZ... Hard work hard work
