The Man Who Wasn't There ... 7/10. Very reminiscent of the old 40s noir movies. Would've marked it higher, but for the weird Scarlett Johanssen subplot that didn't seem to fit, with an ending that kinda upended the 40s feel.

Trainspotting 2. I dont what to say its 20 years later recap after Mark left come's back to face it all. I give a 5 wanted more the 1st movie is pure ART and hard to match a perfect movie story n magic. Its good to see a 2nd part even tho it didnt need it enjoyed seeing them all again.

Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1978) - 8/10

First half of the film is freakin' great. The second one has too much filler...
Elizabeth and Matthew are very relatable with their paranoia and unease.
Pretty much how I feel most of the time.

Guardians of the Galaxy 2: 7/10

I think I liked it a tiny bit more than the original. I think the humor felt slightly less forced than in the first one. I enjoyed it overall. Very fun.

I didn't understand some of the post credit scenes, so I'm going to have to look that up.

Eddie and the Cruisers. 7/10

Strange but mostly still holds water, but now is a period film!

If you have not seen this give it a try.....especially for the ending.

Watched the Oceans trilogy recently, great cast and highly entertaining.

Loved Don Cheadle's character, his cockney accent was on point.

Oceans 11: 8/10

Oceans 12: 7.5/10
Gets a lot of stick but still a fun film.

Oceans 13: 8/10
Probably my favourite of the three, plus the score is great.

Logan -- 6.5/10

The Good: Patrick Stewart, Laura's first fight scene, rated R Wolverine film, having the balls to be a stand alone comic book film, basically the entire first third of the film
The Bad: Way too long and started feeling like it halfway through, X-24 was a cop out and using him felt forced, Reavers were wasted and just claw fodder, kids not using their powers more against the Reavers, Pierce's death

That's my absolute, most favorite thing about the film, that it's so self-contained. I can't imagine any other superhero film that would give the middle finger to continuity or setting up more movies. I don't think the film is perfect either, but that aspect I adore endlessly, especially considering how comic book films are made today.

I was curious what you'd think about it, and were on the exact same page with it. And yes, half way through my interest started dipping and I just wanted it to finish so I can go do something else.

Even though I didn't love it like most did, I'll buy a HT Logan for sure. I got five Jackmans already.
