Re: Rate The Last Movie You Watched.

Up 9/10.
First time seeing this in it's entirety. Caught parts of it on STARZ but never really payed attention since I'm not a real into 3D kids movies but I was bored so I decided to check it out on OnDemand. Very funny movie but very sad at times. I must confess this is the first move I've seen since I was a kid that almost made me cry a little. Animation was very well done and much better than expected.

Re: Rate The Last Movie You Watched.

Predators 6/10 - a good movie, good scenes, good characters, decent acting, better than P2 and AVP and AVPR in my opinion, nowhere near P1 status or classic status, dont go expecting a classic movie, go expecting to have a good time or expecting to see action and predators, you wont be let down.

Sorry to say brother but these films are hardly "classics" They're 80's cheese. They taste good :lol but they aren't classics.

Re: Rate The Last Movie You Watched.

Predator is a classic. lol.

It's got some of the most quotable lines of all time, is refrenced in many films, and video games, and most people know the film even if they've never seen it.

Re: Rate The Last Movie You Watched.

Classic in what regards? Imo "classics" are films like The Godfather or The Shawshank Redemption. Trust me, one day imdb will have a genre labelled "80's cheese" and many many films will enter that category. :lol

Don't get me wrong, I own The Predator on DVD and BD, I have the HT's figures (minus the ****** Billy) so i'm a fan too. I just refuse to consider almost anything made from that era as a "classic" The lame dialogue ruins these movies. Aliens tops that list. I'd consider "Alien" a classic though. 70's baby! :yess:

With them? No...but up there. The classics go from films like The Godfather, to The Terminator, to First Blood, to Predator. They very in their degree.

Re: Rate The Last Movie You Watched.

Sorry. I clicked on "Last" and it took me to a page with this post on it:
Toy Story 3-9/10

Really need to watch the other ones again, but this movie was really good. I almost started crying when
they started holding hands when nearing the incinerator

On a side note, Buzz and Jessie do NOT make a good couple at all imo. Woody and Jessie ftw.
Woody and Jessie would seem like incest to me. I got kind of a sibling vibe from them in TS2. I think Buzz and Jessie are a really good couple, and Woody was good with Bo. Despite the disturbing differences in their head sizes. Haha.

Last proper movie I watched was V for Vendetta. 10/10 for me. Since then I've just been watching Mystery Science Theater 3000.

:lol well i meant on these boards, i guess if you look at it, no its not a classic, just a dang good action film, but IMO classics are thos movies, that your little 10 year old or even 4 year old cousins (or anyone) would even know about although it was released thirteen years prior to their birth
