:lecture I really loved this movie, but after seeing it I just didn't buy the Charles/Eric friendship that we're supposed to get. In the movie they knew each other for what, a couple weeks/months??

X Men First Class 7.5/10 Was very good. Liked it more than I thought it would. How hot was Emma Frost? Wow. Ironic huh.

Fast and Furious 5 - 8/10, it was very entertaining and enjoyable. Pretty much what I expected it to be. Now if only they'd get rid of Paul Walker. Can't stand that guy.

Drive Angry 2/10. This movie was like a train wreck - after the first 5 minutes I couldn't look away, but God it was awful.

Wolverine Origins - 4 out of 10

Never seen this before and it may rank up there with the worst comic adaptations I've ever seen.

The Illusionist (animated) - 8.5 out of 10

I think Tati would have been proud. Very touching.

Tron Legacy: 7.75/10

I enjoyed it much more than I was expecting to. Everything I heard about it was that it was very "talky" and slow. Okay, it wasn't wall to wall action, but I thought the pacing was perfectly fine. I also was expecting to hate Sam, and while I didn't exactly get won over by him, he didn't bother me as much as I thought I would (based on the commercials). I thought the effects for CLU were horrible, though. Bad job. Otherwise it was very enjoyable. If I were 10 or 12 I would have totally LOVED it.

How To Die In Oregon - 9.5 out of 10

Beliefs and politics aside this is perhaps one of the most effective documentaries I've seen in many years. Certainly one of the most viscerally emotional films I've experienced in some time.
