La Guerre du feu - 9.5/10 the movie is excellent, directed by Zan Zack Ano.

Interesting. I can only see so much with a cell phone video....

Seriously, why don't you just go see it in the theater? It's a MUCH different experience than watching a ripped version from a workprint. Not that it's a masterpiece, but it's still different so you can see exactly what changed from workprint to final. Seems like a film student/buff would enjoy doing that, even if the film isn't that great

And if you don't like the idea of giving Fox the cash, do like we did - buy a ticket to a different movie that starts at about the same time and go in the Wolverine theater instead

7.75 out of 10 for me... I can't QUITE justify a full 8

What an awesome movie!!!!! This movie to me was perfect!!! the Action wasnt overblown and Neeson's Character was smart!!! Damn i have seen it 3 times already!!!! i have never been some pumped in a scene where somebody is talking on the phone!!! ( when he talks to the Daughter before been taken!!) That scene ROCKED!!! i love these movie!! what can you expect from Luc Bensons writing!

I usually don't like most feature length, animated direct-to-video superhero cartoons--most of the ones I've seen just weren't good at all, so I was extremely skeptical about this. However, I was pleasantly surprised and thought this was fantastic. Pretty good pacing and a good storyline--Not perfect, mind you, but definitely a lot better than the borefest of something like Superman/Doomsday. The animation was decent for the budget, but WW looked a little off occasionally--I blame her nose.

It definitely had the problems of most origin stories--a lot of exposition to help you connect with the character, but it was all well done. It would be great if they continued making WW movies of this quality... In fact, this wouldn't have been bad if as a life action film.

Martyrs - 9/10

Wow, this movie sucker-punched me in the gut and just continued to wail. VERY hard to sit through at times, but the ending is something that elicit lots of discussion.

Predator 8/10

The film becomes decent when all of the cheesy ass marines are dead. I feel the same way about Aliens. You take out the Predator and this rating becomes 0/10 with no exaggeration.

Arnold has no business speaking more than 5-10 words in any movie.

Aliens 7/10

Horrid acting, my favorite part was when Vasquez dies, I just wish she had a mysterious heart attack at her very first showing.

Again you take out the Ripley vs Alien factor and this movie becomes a 0/10. I never realized how bad an actor Michael Biehn really is. Sigourney makes the first 2 films something decent.

I watch these movies simply because of Stan Winstons attachment and amazing special effects.

Borat was funny, but IMO had to been the most overrated movie I can remember. Maybe because I already had watched Ali G when it originally aired and knew what to expect?
