Wrath of the Titans - 5/10

Very predictable outcome, bland acting by Sam Worthington.. Action and 3D effects were good.

The big disappointment for me was that Cronus looked like an mindless monster despite the fact he is the father of the Big Three.. He was supposed to have a sickle/scythe and look like an actual god, not a monster. Would've looked more bad-ass that way, as he's bigger & can talk trash to his sons.

The consolation prize for me was seeing my college crush again - Rosamund Pike! Older, but still looking very hot!

War Horse: 7/10

It was okay. I liked it better than TinTin. I didn't love it though. I thought the first 2/3 of the movie dragged on way too much and was overly saccharine. John Williams's score just bludgeoned you over the head with sappy emotion. But once you got to the trenches it got much better. The scene of Joey running through the trenches and no man's land was superb. And I loved the cooperation of the Germans and Brits. Then it got a little too sweet again towards the end. I'm not opposed to heartfelt emotions. Heck, I was hoping for a real cathartic emotional swell with this movie. But it felt way too pushy and intrusive and overly simplistic. The emotional punch would be much more effective if the "sweetness" was used more sparingly and saved for one big build-up, instead of overwhelming you with it throughout.

saw Eyes without a face on TCM last night wow it was creepy but the camera work was great 8/10

Drunk-Punch Love: 6.5/10 What a weird, silly, no purpose little movie. There was some comic parts in it and the performances were good. But the story did not invest me at all. And the beginning? They don't even explain the huge car crash. Was that in his head? Or was it real.

SOME of my favorite films lately are pandorum 9, ANIMATRIX 9,Cowboys and Aliens 9 ,Brainscan 9 and TRUE ROMANCE 10 ...I just bought and watched transformers dark of the moon 5 a bit long and dont realy like lebouf as sam but what ya gonna do..........

Have you seen mysterious skin? Joseph Gordon-Levitt is one hell of an actor. Wish he would do more movies.
